Sanction your event
Sanctioning puts your event on the PEWC calendar, in front of thousands of members, and makes every run at it count toward the season standings.

New producers hosting multiple events qualify for the discounted rate.
What a sanctioning covers
One sanctioning covers first and second Open, one Pee Wee, one Youth and one Senior class. PEWC's suggested layout is 4D on the Open at a half-second split, 3D Youth, 3D Pee Wee and 2D Senior — but the format is yours to set.
Reporting results
Seven days. Excel only.
Results must reach proeliteworldchallenge@gmail.com within seven days of the event finishing.
Excel format is required. Photos and screenshots of results are not accepted — they cannot be matched to member numbers.
Producer requirements
- The traditional timed cloverleaf pattern with three barrels, no variations
- Results reported in Excel, within seven days, every time
- Professional conduct — unsportsmanlike behaviour or outside grievances can cost you sanctioning in future years
