Seven-day grace period. Ran before you joined? You have seven days after the event to get your membership in and still collect the points.
Member number first. Points match on your PEWC number, then on your first and last name. Nicknames break it.
Highest division only, at year end. A member keeps points from the one division they stand highest in; the rest are dropped and everyone below moves up.
State awards have thresholds. 100 members for a state's own Open awards, 50 in the other divisions — otherwise that state races in Combined.
Producers report in Excel, within seven days. Screenshots are not accepted.
